At Eiconic we are setup to be very flexible in how and where we work. Project permitting we can work remotely or in the office allowing us to use contractors and recruit literally anywhere in the country where permissable. When working with remote contractors we make good use of Skype, GTalk and Email to ensure we're up to date all day.

To complement the skills of our core members we have built up a number of trusted contractors and partner companies through the years. This allows us to ramp up our team when needed on a project without having the risk of unused people sitting around costing the earth at the end of a project.
