Graeme Monk | Managing Director

Graeme has been managing projects since 1996 within the games industry, prior to this he was an accomplished mechanical design engineer giving him a solid foundation in project management. Throughout his industry experience Graeme has striven to maintain an open, flexible relationship with all development partners in his roles from Producer to Studio Manager at Sony, Eidos, Virgin and Traveller’s Tales amongst others

James Boulton | Technical Director

James has developed Eiconic’s proprietary tools and technology (Moai) from the ground up to be as flexible and portable as possible. To date Moai has been successfully ported to multiple platforms including the PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation®3, PSP, Wii and iPhone. James has worked in the industry since 1998 at development studios including Argonaut, Full Fat, LT Studios, Acclaim and Travellers Tales. He also has varied experience of writing business applications and specialist knowledge of internet and web programming. He has a wide range of development experience in C++, C and assembly languages.

Simon Credland | Art Director

Simon has been working in CGI and games art for over fifteen years and has a wealth of experience from original conceptual design work, technical pipeline development through to high quality in-game models. He is as skilled in in-game optimisation and efficiency as in character and environment art. He has successfully worked with art outsourcers to create assets for our games, most notably with Realtime:UK creating the promotional cinematics for ‘Squeeballs Party’. He has gained invaluable experience across a number of studios including EA Sports / Exient, Rebellion, Silicon Dreams and Argonaut.

Neall Jones | Creative Producer

Since 1997 Neall has gained experience covering a wide variety of disciplines that are of great benefit to the small studio model of development. His experience covers everything from QA to IT to Design and Production working for Codemasters, Eidos, Traveller’s Tales and Sega. Neall designed the challenges on Squeeballs, all 105 levels for Polar Panic, and the 50 puzzles for Arctic Adventures. Neall is also a partner in Queans, a successful and highly acclaimed fine dining restaurant in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

Dave Pollard | Lead Programmer

Dave joined the games industry in 2002 and has since been involved in almost every area of game programming, from low level rendering optimisation and tools to front end and gameplay prototyping, giving him an unparalleled understanding of what it takes to make cutting edge games. He has written the vast majority of the gameplay code for all of Eiconic's games and has the skill and vision to quickly develop quality game playing experiences. Dave also has an excellent artistic eye for detail, an invaluable asset in a lead games programmer.
